How long does it take to 3D print my order?



Your 3D figurine is something incredibly special and requires many steps to bring it to perfection before your 3D avatar will be prepared and ready to print. The 3D sculpting of your avatar and full-color printing will take approximately 2-3 weeks depending on the product.

What happens after I place an order?



Our proprietary software will use the video you send us to create a “rough” 3D model. After that, our 3D artists will work on perfecting it and making your 3D avatar look exactly like you. Once ready, your 3D model gets printed, post-processed, packaged and shipped to you.

What if I can’t take a video?



In that case our 3D artists will have to create your 3D model manually using the photos. This will be considered a custom project and priced accordingly. Please contact us to get a quote.

Can I print a 3D model that I already have?



If you have a ready-to-print 3D file, you can reach out to inquire about the price for full-color 3D printing.

What material is a 3D figure made of?



Our 3D printed products are made of UV cured plastic. The 3D printing is done on our large-volume, high-resolution CMYK-3D full color printers. Our production process is environmentally friendly since we abstain from using hazardous materials.

How much does the shipping cost?



Shipping within the US is free. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes

Which countries does Me In 3D deliver to?



Free delivery is available in the US only. International shipping is possible at additional cost.

Are Me In 3D products refundable?



All sales are final. Due to the unique and custom nature of our products we do not accept returns, except in the case of manufacturer defects or damages in shipping.

Are there any age requirements for the video capturing?



No. As long as the person being video captured can follow the instructions.

Are the facial hair, facial markings and makeup will be visible?



Yes. Just keep in mind that 3D printed products are done at a scale and when you make something small even smaller, it might not be as obvious as if it was done at a larger scale.

Are the earrings, piercings and tattoos will be visible?



Yes. Earrings, piercings and tattoos will be represented on your 3D printed head at a scale. If you want all the little details to be well captured please reach out to us and we will give you a quote for a custom project.

Can I smile or make any facial expressions during the video capturing?



Yes! It will make your 3D printed product stand out even more since it makes it even more personal. However, we don’t recommend sticking your tongue out. This will negatively affect 3D scanning algorithm.

Is it going to be precisely my hair style?



Not all hair styles are possible to recreate when printing 3D heads. All action figures and mini figures vary in shape and size. Certain adjustments will be made to make sure that 3D printed head fits the product. However, we always make sure to get the closest match technically possible.

Will it look exactly like me?



Our products offer the closest possible approximation to the way you look. We use the best 3D capturing, modeling, and printing technology available today. However, we heavily rely on the quality of the video that you capture. Please make sure to follow all the instructions while doing a video capturing.

Will I be able to approve my order before it gets printed?



Please make sure to check the video before submitting it. Our 3D modeling software uses the frames from it to create a 3D model of your head. If you like what you see on the video you send us, then you will like the final product because it will look as close as possible to what’s on the video.

Can I cancel my order?



Your order cannot be canceled once it is placed.
