Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defects report may be made either in person at the store where the contract was concluded or by written notification of defects (e-mail to info@mein3d.net) The customer is obliged to hand over or send photo proof of defective 3D figurine to Me In 3D or to the store where the contract was concluded. If the goods have been damaged in the agreed delivery, the customer is obliged to submit the condition of the shipping package with all its contents, as it has been received, to Me In 3D.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
